Mohammad Usman was born on the 1st June 1935, in Karachi. He was the eldest child of Haji Hasham Haji Ahmed Kath who started as a modest businessman in India in early 20th century. He came to settle in Pakistan and his vision broadened.
The young and educated membership of `Youth Services` which prescribes age limit of 21 to 45 years and minimum education up to metric to qualify for ordinary membership,
